Sandra studied Dutch Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. After graduating, she began her career as a legal advisor for the Dutch government. In 2008, she transitioned to private practice, focusing exclusively on employment law. For the past ten years, Sandra has worked at a corporatelaw firm that closely collaborated with an international accountancy and advisory organization.
Sandra has over fifteen years of experience advising and representing both employers and employees on a wide range of employment-related matters. Her areas of expertise include individual and collective dismissal, (modification of) employment terms and conditions, incapacity for work, employee participation, and non-compete and non-solicitation clauses.
In 2013, Sandra successfully completed the Employment Law specialization course at the prestigious Grotius Academy.
Sandra is registered with the Netherlands Bar in the principal legal practice area of Employment Law. In accordance with this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points annually in this area of law, as mandated by the Bar’s professional standards.
