Pedram Tovira
Sharp eye for strategy
Pedram Tovira completed his Master's degree in Dutch corporate law at Tilburg University in 2025. During his studies, Pedram completed internships at several law firms, where he gained broad practical experience.
Before joining Heron Legal, Pedram worked for six years at a major Dutch bank.
At Heron Legal, he advises and litigates on commercial and corporate disputes. In addition, he advises clients on and assists them with mergers and acquisitions.
Pedram combines a sharp strategic eye with a strong focus on his client's interests and works purposefully towards practical, effective solutions, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.
Registered jurisdictions
On the basis of this registration, the lawyer is obliged to obtain at least 10 training points in that main area of law in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association each calendar year.
