Wim Braams

Wim Braams has been a lawyer since 1997. Prior to that, he worked for the government. Wim therefore has extensive experience in the field of administrative law. He advises and litigates in administrative law disputes, such as environmental planning matters, permit and enforcement procedures. Wim also practises real estate law and specialises in tenancy law and is a member of the Association of Tenancy Law Lawyers. Wim advises both landlords and tenants in relation to residential and commercial real estate. The aim is to avoid litigation, as clients often benefit more from a practical solution. However, litigation is also pursued where necessary.
