Sophie Brouwers
Solution-oriented and assertive, with a creative approach that makes the difference

Lawyer
Sophie Brouwers was introduced to corporate law at an early stage in her career and gained experience within the legal teams of various multinationals. Her enthusiasm for this field led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Tilburg University. During her studies, she completed an internship at a corporate law firm, further expanding her practical experience.
Since 2020, Sophie has been working as a lawyer, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on both sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as investment processes. From initial bid to closing: the earlier she is involved, the greater the impact she makes. In addition, Sophie advises companies on various forms of cooperation (such as joint ventures) and shareholder disputes, and provides directors with guidance on various corporate law matters.
In 2025, Sophie successfully completed the Grotius specialist course in Mergers and Acquisitions, a prestigious programme offering in-depth expertise in both domestic and international M&A practice.
