Sophie Brouwers developed her interest in corporate law early on by gaining experience within the legal teams of various multinationals. She pursued a master's degree in Corporate Law at Tilburg University and expanded her practical experience during an internship at a law firm.
Since 2020, Sophie has been working as an attorney, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. She guides sales and purchase processes, as well as investment processes, where she is involved from bidding to closing to achieve the maximum outcome. Additionally, Sophie advises companies on collaborations, such as joint ventures, shareholder disputes, and various corporate law issues for directors.
In 2025, Sophie successfully completed the Grotius specialization program in Mergers and Acquisitions, a prestigious course that provides in-depth knowledge of both the national and international practice of mergers and acquisitions.
