After completing herlaw degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she specialized in employmentlaw, Maaike began her career as a lawyer. She then gained extensive in-houseexperience at various (multinational) companies. As a result, she understandsnot only the legal context but also the organizational and commercial contextin which employment law issues arise.
Maaike combines legaldepth with a keen eye for practical application.
