Dennis Beekhuijzen

Dennis Beekhuijzen graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2000. Since then, he has specialized in real estate law, focusing on advice, contracting, and proceedings related to buying and selling, development, construction law, rental law, and procurement law.
Dennis advises a wide range of clients, including clients, investors, developers, (sub)contractors, installers, advisors, suppliers, and (sub)lessors. Additionally, he supports companies and contracting authorities in various sectors regarding procurement law.
Thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience, Dennis can quickly grasp complex legal issues and formulate his advice in a practical and targeted manner. His background as a former corporate lawyer in construction allows him to work in a solution-oriented way and to be readily accessible to his clients. Dennis has extensive litigation experience with civil courts and the Arbitration Board in construction disputes.
In 2014, he completed the Grotius specialization program in Procurement Law and in 2020 he successfully completed the Specialization Program of the Association of Rental Law Attorneys (VHA). He is a member of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law, the Association of Rental Law Attorneys (VHA), the Association for Construction Law, and the Association for Construction Law Attorneys.
