Daan Kamerbeek

Daan Kamerbeek studied tax law at Tilburg University, where he obtained his bachelor's (honors) and master's degrees. During his studies, he was invited to the prestigious Top Class of Tilburg Law School, where he also served as a board member. Additionally, Daan gained practical experience in tax law, accounting, and tax consultancy, which gives him a good insight into the interests of his clients. Since his admission to the bar in 2022, he has specialized in formal tax law, disciplinary law, and professional liability of (tax) professionals.

Within Heron Legal, Daan assists clients in proceedings against the Dutch Tax Authorities and the Dutch Tax Investigation Office (FIOD). He handles professional liability issues and cases before the disciplinary judge. In tax proceedings, he collaborates closely with tax advisors and is frequently consulted due to his in-depth knowledge of formal tax law.

Daan combines a down-to-earth attitude with a sharp legal perspective and is resourceful in finding solutions. He takes a pragmatic approach to matters: clear, goal-oriented, and without detours.
