Daan Holtus obtained his bachelor’s degree in law and his master's degree in Company law, specialisation commercial law, at Utrecht University. During his studies, Daan was a board member at ACTA Legal Aid Foundation (Stichting ACTA Rechtshulp) and AIESEC Utrecht. Daan also completed internships at several law firms.

Before joining Heron Legal, Daan worked over two years at an Amsterdam based boutique corporate law firm. Daan specialises and advises his clients in commercial and corporate matters, with a focus on corporate and commercial disputes. In addition, he advises regularly on mergers & acquisitions and commercial contracts.
